6am - 6pm Mon - Thur (4 x 12-hour shifts)
£12.77 p/hour + £19.15 for Overtime ( 9 hours guaranteed OT every week)
Full Time - Long Term Temporary Contract
Starting 25th November 2024
We are looking for 12 experienced factory production operative / factory machine operators who can commit to a very long-term temporary contract at a site located on the A5 between Rugby and Lutterworth.
This is a physical, fast paced, mucky role where you operate very large, semi - automatic machinery used to produce building materials.
You will be creating mixtures, operating the machinery, quality checking, following a process, unloading by hand and working with production & quality targets.
Its manual, active and a role that will involve you wearing full body PPE.
Why do this role? it's well paid, its big hours and there is 9 hours of guaranteed overtime available every week plus more if needed.
Candidates need to have the following experience:
- At least 12 months experience working with a machine operating role.
- Physically fit and happy with active, manual work including bending / stretching.
- Flexible enough to work the shift.
- Own motor transport (this place is NOT on a public transport route and there is no cycle path).
- Good eye for detail.
- Strong work ethic.
This role offers you:
- 48 hours paid per week (9 are at guaranteed overtime).
- £12.77 p/hour and £19.15 p/hour for Overtime.
