We are looking for a Senior FP&A with a background in Transport & Distribution. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, financial modelling and analysis, and providing financial consultation to the departmental heads and executives.

Description
- Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
- Develop financial models and analyse them to support strategic initiatives.
- Present monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports to the senior management.
- Analyse complex financial information to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes.
- Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Use SAP software to streamline accounting functions and operations.
- Develop and monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analysing causes of unexpected variance.
- Manage and motivate a high-performing finance team.
Profile
A successful Senior FP&A should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the Transport & Distribution industry.
- Strong financial modelling experience.
- Excellent proficiency in SAP software.
- Strong leadership abilities and experience in managing a team.
Job Offer
- An annual salary of between £65,000 - £70,000, dependent on experience.
