Your New Position

As a WARP Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the administrative aspects of individual contracts within the organisation. You will work closely with the contract handler and manager to ensure that contracts are properly administered and compliance is maintained. This role is crucial in ensuring that all contractual needs are met efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the first point of contact for any contract-related queries.
  • Performing data entry for bookings and consignments.
  • Conducting regular data checks to ensure accuracy.
  • Ensuring contract documentation is accurately filed and easily retrievable for the contract manager or other key parties.
  • Maintaining comprehensive records of contracts.
  • Liaising with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure all contractual needs are met.

Requirments for Success

  • Previous warehouse experience with a good understanding of all warehouse processes, including bulk and case pick operations.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong IT skills and experience with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data entry experience and prior transport knowledge are desirable.
