  • Co-ordinate with all functional heads to ensure full compliance of all relevant legislation, ensuring all Health and Safety Management Systems are up to date for the company. (Support offered from Group H&S lead).
  • Liaise with all senior management and functional heads to co-ordinate essential facilities maintenance and general maintenance to ensure the upkeep of the facility
  • Coordinate and plan HSE training, paperwork, reports, matrix and standards across the site.
  • RAMS, Accident reports and incidents as well as near misses.
  • Regular audits of systems and processes
  • Alongside the MD and Site Manager own the induction process for any contractors, staff and all visitors.
  • Liaise with our network of contractors for maintenance/breakdown support and build rapport with contractors for continuity.
  • Liaise with landlord for issues related to the building structure, grounds and communal areas.
