Role Overview:
As a Primary Learning Support Assistant, you will provide valuable support to the teaching staff and help children with their learning. This will include assisting in the classroom, working with individuals or small groups, and ensuring children have the support they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the class teacher with delivering lessons and activities.
Work with individual or small groups of children to reinforce learning and help them meet their targets.
Provide pastoral care and assist children with their social and emotional development.
Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Assist with general classroom management and organisation.

Requirements:
UK experience working in a primary school setting is essential.
Ideally, a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is preferred.
A valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or a willingness to obtain one.
A caring and patient approach to working with children.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
Ability to adapt and respond to the needs of individual students.
