I am on the lookout for a Reception Manager to join this luxury hotel and wedding venue in Leicestershire. My client is looking for a confident and well organized individual to join their team at this fantastic hotel. As Reception Manager you will oversee the day to day management of the front desk along with delivering a memorable experience for the guests.

About the position

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the front desk and maintain to the highest standards
  • Act as an ambassador for the hotel
  • Act as host and provide the highest level of customer service
  • Oversee recruitment, training and developing the team
  • Maintain good communication and working relationships with all hotel departments

The successful candidate

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role within hotels
  • Must be well presented with flawless communication skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • A natural team leader
  • A positive can-do attitude
