Our Client:

A well established company in the Lutterworth area are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for managing inventory, organising stock, operating the FLT, loading and unloading and ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of the warehouse and stores.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process incoming stock and materials
  • Pick and pack orders as per requirements
  • Organise and maintain inventory and storage area
  • Keep accurate records of inventory levels and stock movements
  • Monitor and report any discrepancies or issues in stock levels
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to operate an FLT (Counterbalance)
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and be reactive in a fast paced environment

Day-to-day:

  • Check inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
  • Receive and inspect incoming stock for quality and quantity
  • Keep the warehouse or storeroom clean and organized
  • Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks
  • Use inventory management system to update records and track stock movements
