Our client is a main contractor managing the refurbishment of two industrial units in Lutterworth.
They are seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support the Project Manager on a £4 million refurbishment project lasting approximately six months.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Required qualifications include CSCS, SSSTS, and First Aid certifications.
The pay rate for this position ranges from £200 to £220 per day, with options for CIS Umbrella or PAYE Umbrella.

Our client is a main contractor who will be carrying out the refurbishment of 2no industrial units in Lutterworth.

I am looking for an Assistant Site Manager to work as a No2 to the Project Manager on this 4m refurbishment scheme which is set to last around 6 months.

Assistant Site Manager needs to have 2 + yrs experience
CSCS, SSSTS, First Aid
Rate 200-220pd CIS Umbrella or PAYE Umbrella
