Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Engineering Administrator to join our client's team at Magna Park. The successful candidate will support the on-site Engineering team, reporting directly to the Lead Engineer. This role involves a variety of administrative and coordination tasks to ensure the smooth operation of engineering services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the on-site engineering maintenance program to check and record service schedules.
  • Run engineering reports and ensure accurate data gathering and processing for various services and resources on site.
  • Raise, place, and process orders.
  • Conduct stock checks, audits, and replenishments.
  • Manage the site task request system, resolve requests, and liaise with colleagues or utilize the correct resources as required.
