Job Title: Payroll & Accounts Administrator

Location: Lutterworth

Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum

Job Type: Full-time, 5 days per week (on-site)

The Role:

My client are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll & Accounts Administrator to join their team. In this key position, you will be responsible for managing payroll process as well as handling various finance-related tasks. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the financial efficiency of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accurate and timely payroll for employees
  • Perform bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
  • Manage invoicing and ensure correct billing
  • Oversee credit control and debt collection processes
  • Assist with general finance duties and support the accounts team

Key Requirements:

  • Proven payroll experience
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, including invoicing, bank reconciliations, and credit control
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently
