We are growing again, and this time we are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to start up our new driving division within SolviT Recruitment.

This is a new desk start-up, so we are seeking someone with a strong background in driving recruitment, a strong salesperson who knows how to target accounts, win business, attract drivers, and someone who takes pride in doing the job well.

You will be expected to identify prospects, cold call, book and attend client meetings, negotiate the commercials, and ultimately win the business, which then needs to be converted with great drivers.

You will have all the marketing support you need, but ultimately, this is a cold desk start-up. We are looking for someone brave, ambitious, and money-driven (our commission structure is one of the best - earning over £3000 per month in commission on top of your salary is very realistic. It's completely uncapped and paid monthly with no silly thresholds).

To be considered: you MUST be an experienced UK driving recruitment consultant who knows how to win business, attract drivers, and have a very good understanding of social media (not just LinkedIn posting).
