Your Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the teacher and helping students thrive. Whether it's working with individuals or small groups, you will provide tailored support to help children with their learning, all while contributing to a positive classroom atmosphere.

What You'll Be Doing:

Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom activities.
Supporting students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups to enhance their learning experience.
Encouraging students' social and emotional development, helping them feel confident and supported.
Contributing to the smooth running of the classroom by assisting with daily tasks and general classroom management.
Fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students.

What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a UK primary school setting is essential.
A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
You must have, or be willing to obtain, a valid DBS check.
A patient, caring approach and a genuine interest in helping children succeed.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Flexibility to meet the individual needs of students.
