Key Responsibilities:Assist the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home
Support and mentor staff to ensure high standards of care are maintained
Ensure compliance withOfsted regulationsand safeguarding procedures
Contribute to care planning and behavioural management strategies
Lead by example, creating a safe and nurturing environment for young people
Experience in aresidential children's homesetting
Strong leadership and staff management skills
Good knowledge ofOfsted requirements and safeguarding procedures
Level 3 Diplomain Residential Childcare (or equivalent) Level 5 desirable or willingness to work towards it
Passion for making a positive impact on young peoples lives
£40,000 salary
Monday to Friday working hours (great work-life balance)
