We're looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a schools, one of our many partnered, team in Lutterworth!About the Role: In this role, you will provide essential support to primary school children with varying needs, helping them thrive in a positive and inclusive learning environment. With opportunities available in nearby partnered schools, you'll have the chance to broaden your experience across different settings.Key Responsibilities:Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and tailored support to individual students.Offer one-on-one and small group guidance to foster learning and personal development.Create a nurturing atmosphere that encourages student participation and growth.Develop strong, supportive relationships with students, parents, and fellow staff members.Contribute to classroom management and help with administrative tasks as required.Requirements:Relevant qualifications from the UK and/or a minimum of 2 years' experience in a UK school setting.
