Our client is looking for a proactive Food and Beverage Assistant to support their hospitality operations. This role is essential for maintaining high standards of service and efficiency in various dining settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver efficient, friendly, and attentive service in dining areas including bars, restaurants, and private dining settings.
  • Follow established performance standards to ensure quality service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere in dining and front of house areas.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance financial performance and guest satisfaction.
  • Set up dining areas according to specified standards.
  • Assist team members in the food and beverage department as necessary.
  • Accurately manage billing and ensure all payments are collected.
  • Uphold high standards of hygiene in all areas of responsibility.
  • Handle financial transactions with accuracy and ensure financial accountability.
  • Engage in training programs as directed to improve skills and service delivery.
  • Implement safety protocols including fire evacuation procedures in accordance with organizational policies.
