Are you passionate about high-performance engineering and motorsport innovation? We're looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join a dynamic and forward-thinking team at the heart of the UK’s motorsport scene.
Based in Swindon, you’ll be working with cutting-edge technology to design and develop precision components for motorsport applications, supporting some of the most exciting and demanding racing environments.

About the Role as a Mechanical Design Engineer:
As a key member of the engineering team, you’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of mechanical design projects, from concept through to production and testing. This includes:
• Designing components and assemblies using Solidworks
• Producing detailed engineering drawings and BOMs
• Collaborating with manufacturing, test, and race teams to ensure designs meet performance requirements
• Applying knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and FEA techniques to optimise performance and reliability
• Contributing to continuous improvement and innovation across the product range

About You as a Mechanical Design Engineer:
• Degree-qualified (or equivalent experience) in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline is beneficial
• Strong 3D CAD skills and a solid understanding of mechanical principles
• A passion for motorsport and a detail-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
