A well known and recognised PLC housebuilder and looking to add a number 1 site manager ot their team. Due to a busy workload and projects starting they are looking to add a number 1 site manager.
The project is a 4 phases 200 unit development near Lydney. The project is likely to last up to 4 years and therefore constant work for an individual. The site manager will need SMSTS, CSCS + First aid. Ideally they would have achieved a 'pride in the job' award.
The contractor are looking for a stand alone number 1 to run the project. Therefore having experience doing this before is essential
