We pride ourselves on delivering a first-class (2 rosette standard) dining experience for our guests, using seasonal and sustainable ingredients to create memorable dishes.
Your Role: As Chef de Partie, you will:
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in line with our menu and seasonal offerings.
- Manage your section in the kitchen, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
- Work closely with the Head Chef to develop new menu items and special dishes.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety at all times.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience as a CdP, ideally in a similar boutique hotel or restaurant setting.
- A passion for seasonal and local produce.
- A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualifications in professional cookery is preferred.
