Are you passionate about creating exceptional dishes using fresh, local ingredients? Do you thrive in a dynamic and creative kitchen environment? We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our team in our beautiful boutique hotel situated along the picturesque Dorset coastline.

About Us: Our hotel offers a unique coastal retreat, blending luxury and comfort with stunning views and locally-inspired cuisine. We pride ourselves on delivering a first-class (2 rosette standard) dining experience for our guests, using seasonal and sustainable ingredients to create memorable dishes.

Your Role: As Chef de Partie, you will:

  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in line with our menu and seasonal offerings.
  • Manage your section in the kitchen, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to develop new menu items and special dishes.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety at all times.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.

What Were Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a CdP, ideally in a similar boutique hotel or restaurant setting.
  • A passion for seasonal and local produce.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualifications in professional cookery is preferred.
