Our client is looking for an experienced Tax & Probate Specialist to join their busy law firm with offices in Lymington and New Milton.
Duties will include:
- Managing and advising on complex and simple trusts.
- Providing expert advice on Probate, estate administration, accounting, and taxation.
- Registering relevant trusts under the Trust Registration Service.
- File management.
- Following SRA regulations and STEP standards.
Desired skills:
- Experience of probate and complex trust management - at least 4 years.
- ACA/CA/Tax Inspector with full technical training/law qualification/tax specialist qualification
- STEP Qualified.
What they offer:
- Salary depending on experience £45K - £70K.

- 32 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
