Our client is looking for an experienced Tax & Probate Specialist to join their busy law firm with offices in Lymington and New Milton.

Duties will include:

  • Managing and advising on complex and simple trusts.
  • Providing expert advice on Probate, estate administration, accounting, and taxation.
  • Registering relevant trusts under the Trust Registration Service.
  • File management.
  • Following SRA regulations and STEP standards.

Desired skills:

  • Experience of probate and complex trust management - at least 4 years.
  • ACA/CA/Tax Inspector with full technical training/law qualification/tax specialist qualification
  • STEP Qualified.
