Do you thrive in a hands-on role where no two days are the same? If so, we're looking for a Facilities Coordinator to help support my client to keep the office running like clockwork!
This is a fully office-based role, and flexibility is key, as there will be times when early mornings, evenings, or weekends are required for essential tasks.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Ensuring office supplies, kitchen essentials, and stationery are always topped up.
- Keeping storage areas, meeting rooms, and public spaces tidy and well-organised.
- Managing confidential waste disposal and ensuring compliance with firm policies.
- Helping with office moves, furniture shifts, and setting up workstations.
- Overseeing maintenance, building repairs, and liaising with contractors.
- Keeping safety equipment, first aid kits, and emergency procedures up to date.
- Assisting with IT setups for new starters and troubleshooting basic office tech issues.
- Supporting office events and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
- Handling ad-hoc tasks to make sure the office is a well-oiled machine.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a facilities or office support role
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- A full, clean driving licence and access to a car (travel between offices required).
- A proactive approach
- Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail.
- Manual Handling Experience
- Good IT skills and confidence in handling basic troubleshooting.
- Discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential information.
