Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a destination Hotel in Lymington only 40 minutes from Southampton and Southampton, looking for a Head Chef to front the kitchen.

What's involved?
As Head Chef you will play a pivotal role in delivering the menu that the owner has put in place at present, but he wants someone to work with him to get the best.
You will be in charge of the training and enhancing of 4 chefs on site, as well as working with the FOH to train their food knowledge and really show off the dishes.
You will also need to have a strong paperwork background for all budget management, as well as HACCP, COSHH and other health and safety protocols to adhere to.
