Head Chef Fresh Food led Independent Gastro Pub located close to Lymington in the New Forest
- Salary is 40-42k plus additional 5k in tips
- As head chef you will be working Straightshifts on a 45-hour week
- You will have Sunday evenings, and Monday and Tuesday off
- Heading up the whole kitchen operation including paperwork
- Free reign on menus
- Free reign on suppliers
- Style of food is modern British highlighting local seafood
- Small intimate restaurant with outdoor patio area
- Food sales average around 6k a week
- Ideally have your own transport due to location and public transport
- We are looking for a Head Chef who is a hands-on chef, A head chef who has previous experience of writing your own menus whilst training and developing the current team
