Estimator - Construction Main Contractor

A fantastic growing construction company are currently seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team. Working out of their Lymington office, the Estimator will be pricing high end residential projects from 100k to 3m across the region.

Duties:

Working closely with the Management team to seek out new project possibilities.

Reviewing marketing strategies.

Liaising with clients and sources of potential projects such as Architects & Surveyors.

Reviewing tender documents and ensuring the correct information available to accurately quote for the works.

Preparing and submitting PQQ and tenders.

Developing and managing relationships with suppliers and subcontractors and acquiring competitive quotes.

Performing material take-offs.

Reviewing estimation data; analysing for improved short and long-term strategies.
