Fusion People are looking for a building services multi skilled maintenance engineer someone with some plant room experience, chillers , hot water systems , HVAC - split or cassette, pumps , AHU ventilation systems. Fire alarm systems testing and Legionella PPM experience would be really beneficial as well. Someone with 18th edition qualification would be good to see as well.
It will be reactive and planned maintenance throughout a bust Hospital No travel to other sites.
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and participation in the on-call rota. This is for emergency/make safe situations. Is 1 in every 3 weeks where they could get called out evenings or over that particular weekend. Overtime paid per call out at time and a half or double time.
You will need your own transport and be happy to have this insured for business use so you can claim back mileage for any on-call travel.
Will be subject to a Standard DBS check.
