Static Building Services Engineer, Maintenance Operative - Mechanical (Healthcare FM)
Lymington, Hampshire | 18ph PAYE | 40hrs/week
We're looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Operative to join our healthcare facilities team. This static role involves planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance across mechanical systems - including boilers, pumps, AHUs, TMVs, and heating/ventilation equipment.
What you'll need:
- Strong mechanical maintenance experience (NHS or commercial settings like offices/hotels/education)
- NVQ/City & Guilds in mechanical discipline
- Plant room knowledge - boilers, FCUs, SHUs
- 17th/18th Edition (essential)
- L8, fire alarm/emergency light checks, TMVs - bonus
- DBS or willingness to obtain one
Perks:
- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
- 1 in 3 on-call rota (75/week + enhanced pay: time & half weekdays/Saturdays, double pay Sundays)
- Door-to-door pay when on call
- Parking permit provided
