Talent Guardian is seeking experienced Flower Coordinators for a temp-perm position in Milford On Sea, starting in August.
The role requires a full clean UK driving license and basic experience in sorting/packing.
The hourly rate for this position is £11.44, with working hours from 8:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Thursday, and 8:00am to 1:30pm on Saturdays.
Candidates should have a good level of physical fitness and an excellent track record of timekeeping and attendance.
This opportunity offers weekly pay, 23 days of holiday, and a friendly working environment.

This is an awesome position working in a dynamic and fast-expanding company. Basic experience working in a sorting/packing background is required, all basic training will be carried out to refresh your knowledge!

Important information:

Working days are 5 days a week only, this includes working on a Saturday
Hourly rate is £11.44 per hour
Hours are 8:00am - 17:30pm Monday to Thursday, and 8:00am - 13:30pm on a Saturday
Start dates from August onwards
Temp-perm contract

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Picking and packing bespoke orders for customers
Working in a chilled environment
Getting creative!
Working 90% of the working day on foot
Assembling items with care
Great attention to detail
Preparing items for dispatch
Goods in and out handling
Compliant to health and safety regulations

Essential Criteria:

Full clean UK driving license due to location
Excellent track record of time keeping and attendance
Ability to stand for long periods and good level of physical fitness
Picking and packing background/knowledge

Desirable Criteria

Experience of working in a fast-paced organisation and working towards targets
Experience of using hand tools
