We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a busy fashion and lifestyle store in Lymington.
The ideal candidate should have experience supervising a team in a retail environment and a strong understanding of sales and operational KPIs.
Candidates must be passionate about visual merchandising and delivering excellent customer service.
The position offers an hourly rate of £12.50 to £13.50, depending on experience, along with benefits and uniform.

32 hours per week 9.30am-5.30pm.

Assistant Store Manager Lymington. We are looking for a Assistant Store Manager to support this fashion & lifestyle brand in Lymington. This is a busy store with high footfall and a regular customer. Ideal Candidate :

Will have experience in supervising a team within a fashion/lifestyle environment
Good Retail experience working in face to face retail
Understanding of KPI's : Sales & operational
Love Visual merchandising and keeping a store to high standards
Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and really enjoy being on the shop floor

**Hourly rate £12.50 -£13.50 DOE + Benefits & uniform
