We are seeking a dedicated Hire Controller to join our logistics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of equipment rentals, ensuring smooth and efficient customer service.
Description
The Hire Controller will be responsible for the following:
- Efficiently handling customer inquiries and orders for equipment rentals
- Ensuring accurate and timely processing of rental contracts and agreements
- Coordinating with logistics team to manage equipment availability and allocation
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all rental transactions
- Liaising with finance team to ensure correct invoicing
- Regularly reviewing processes and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement
- Complying with all company policies and relevant regulations
