What Will You Be Doing?

  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and reach out to clients that could benefit from outsourcing. Qualify and prioritise leads, ensuring they’re ready for handover to the sales team for high-quality revenue opportunities.
  • Advanced Prospecting: Engage prospects using personalised outreach methods such as email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking events. Your consultative approach will help you understand their pain points.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers. Use your industry insight to have meaningful early-stage conversations and build trust.
  • Pipeline Management: Keep a close eye on your sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective lead management through our CRM tools. Your organisational skills will be key here.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to improve the lead generation process, provide valuable market feedback, and contribute to the sales strategy.
  • Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: Stay on top of industry trends and customer needs. Your understanding of the accounting world will be invaluable in providing insights and identifying new markets.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track your progress and provide regular updates on KPIs, helping the team refine sales strategies for continuous improvement.
