Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Cheshire, UK (Office-based, Full-time)
Salary: £60,000 per annum + Car Allowance + Bonus
About the Role:
I am representing a main contractor who are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic team, specializing in office fit-out projects, including Cat A and Cat B. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fast-track office fit-out projects and possess the necessary certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage office fit-out projects from inception to completion.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain rigorous health and safety standards on-site.
Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and reports.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience in fast-track office fit-out projects.
Valid CSCS card.
SMSTS certification.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Full UK driving license.
