With the ongoing success of Kids Planet Day Nurseries, we are looking for a CRM Executive to join our marketing team at our Head Office in Lymm, helping us to make a difference and be part of the journey during our next stage of growth.

As CRM Executive (reporting in the Website Manager), you’ll help to deliver our ambitious plans for Kids Planet’s digital channels, taking responsibility to drive a best-in-class programme of automated and engaging customer journey communications across the customer lifecycle.

Experience

To be considered for the role successful applicants require at least 3+ years of digital marketing experience, including:

-Experience of Hubspot or equivalent CRM / CMS systems to build automated workflows.

-An analytical and proactive approach with the ability to draw conclusions from data and make recommendations based on results.

-Experience of using GA4 Analytics.

-Knowledge of other analytical platforms including Power BI would be advantageous.

-Strong attention to detail.

-Copywriting skills.

-Strong organisational skills to co-ordinate scheduling and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

-Commercially minded with a creative flair.

-Able to communicate effectively and contribute confidently within a team.

-A 'can do' attitude, we are a busy team!

Responsibilities and Duties

·Work alongside the marketing team to execute the overall CRM strategy for Kids Planet Day Nurseries and the Kids Planet Training Academy.

·As a CRM Executive, you'll be taking lead on Hubspot to drive the automated customer journeys programme, to review, develop and optimise a series of behavioural led trigger journey email communications (e.g. welcome, bookings, lapsed etc) across the customer lifecycle to drive engagement, lifetime customer value, and occupancy.

·Use data to analyse performance using key KPIs to provide actionable insights and improvements for future development.

·Support Website Manager with the delivery of relevant content throughout the funnel, from initial planning to execution to drive customer loyalty.

·Deliver the full end to end email campaign process from briefing, sign off, set up, testing, scheduling and deployment.

·Mange and maintain the contacts database, through leads, enquiries and conversions.

·Use segmentation and personalisation to enhance email campaigns and drive customer engagement, ensuing content is continually evolving, engaging and fresh for Kids Planet Day Nurseries nationwide.

·Weekly and ad hoc reporting of email results and learnings to be presented to stakeholders, making conclusions and in-depth analysis of all campaigns.

·Co-ordination with the wider marketing, customer support and finance teams to ensure all communications are on-brand, accurate, relevant, and timely.

·Work closely with our design agency to ensure email templates are optimised and creative is on-brand and engaging.

·Keep up to date with industry CRM activity and share any ideas or concepts for us to test.

·Review competitor activity and share updates with wider marketing and creative teams to inspire new opportunities.

·Work cross-functionally with local nurseries to help onboard new acquisitions and streamline all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in Hubspot or equivalent.
  • Must be articulate and numerate, as well as possess good interpersonal skills, and have the ability to prioritise and manage own workload as part of a team.
  • Ability to understand data and turn insights into recommendations.
  • Ability to work at pace with a constant willingness to learn.
  • A team player, strives for success of the entire team/business.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficient IT skills with experience of Excel and MS Office.
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite desirable, as well as content management system (wordpress, Hubspot).
  • 3+ years’ experience in the same or similar role.
