This role sits within the Admin and Secretarial area of their business in their Lyndhurst office. You will be responsible for contacting tenants of our residential, commercial and sporting leases to arrange meetings with the Land Agents.

Description

The key responsibilities for the Administration Officer Part Time role are:

  • Duties include contacting tenants of our residential, commercial and sporting leases to arrange meetings with the Land Agents.
  • Preparing and filing paperwork relating to sporting activities to ensure compliance with UK Forestry Standards.
  • Assist with transfer of digital files from local drive to SharePoint.

Profile

The successful candidate for the Administration Officer Part Time role is someone with the following:

  • Administration experience
  • Comfortable with speaking on the phone
  • Computer literate and knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365
  • Will do attitude
  • Can work in both a team but also work on their own
