The key responsibilities for the Administration Officer Part Time role are:
- Duties include contacting tenants of our residential, commercial and sporting leases to arrange meetings with the Land Agents.
- Preparing and filing paperwork relating to sporting activities to ensure compliance with UK Forestry Standards.
- Assist with transfer of digital files from local drive to SharePoint.
Profile
The successful candidate for the Administration Officer Part Time role is someone with the following:
- Administration experience
- Comfortable with speaking on the phone
- Computer literate and knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365
- Will do attitude
- Can work in both a team but also work on their own
