What's involved?

For this role, we are seeking an experienced Chef Manager who understands the importance of due diligence and team training.

As the head chef, you will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and cooking.

Your duties will include managing stock control and ordering, organising events, and designing menus on a weekly and monthly basis. You will also play a key role in delivering consistently excellent and high-quality food service in this establishment.
