HR Administrator Lyndhurst (hybrid)22 HOURS PER WEEK - MUST INCLUDE MONDAY & TUESDAY£25-£26500 pro rata

Responsibilities:* Manage recruitment admin processes, including drafting contracts and maintaining personal records* Update and maintain HR information on our internal systems* Utilise our recruitment portal to post job adverts and screen applications* Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates* Support the Training Administrator with organising and monitoring staff training and development activities* Assist with drafting adverts for job vacancies* Prepare and handle all onboarding paperwork and processes* Conduct pre-employment checks as required

Qualifications:* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in HR or recruitment* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
