I'm searching for a Junior Sous Chef who is:

Junior Sous requirements:
  • Assisting in menu development and creating dishes that excite and delight.
  • Supervising the kitchen team in the Head Chefs absence.
  • Ensuring all food is prepared to the highest standard in line with our ethos.
  • Working with the freshest ingredients, including those sourced from our own Green House and local suppliers.
