- Strategic Support: Advise and support school leaders on HR policies and key processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Capability Building: Identify skill gaps and provide innovative solutions, including recruitment strategies and development plans.
- Compliance and Guidance: Ensure decisions align with legal, financial, and organizational standards.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Provide and analyse HR data, contributing to reports on service levels and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Employee Relations: Lead employment relations cases, offering expert advice and managing risk.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient local HR operations and support HR administrative staff.
- Change Management: Play a key role in HR aspects of organizational change, from policy rollout to system implementation.
- Proven experience in an HR Business Partnering role.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
- Ability to analyse data and provide strategic insights.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience managing HR projects and contributing to strategic initiatives.
