Are you passionate about making a real impact in education through strategic HR support?Our client is seeking an HR Business Partner to join their team, playing a pivotal role in delivering a high-quality, customer-focused HR service to schools across the organisation.  Working closely with senior leaders and HR colleagues, you’ll help shape and implement the people strategy, ensuring the schools thrive through excellent HR practices.This is a hybrid role, and the successful candidate must have school’s experience.Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Support: Advise and support school leaders on HR policies and key processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Capability Building: Identify skill gaps and provide innovative solutions, including recruitment strategies and development plans.
  • Compliance and Guidance: Ensure decisions align with legal, financial, and organizational standards.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Provide and analyse HR data, contributing to reports on service levels and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Employee Relations: Lead employment relations cases, offering expert advice and managing risk.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient local HR operations and support HR administrative staff.
  • Change Management: Play a key role in HR aspects of organizational change, from policy rollout to system implementation.

You bring expertise in employment law, employee relations, and data-driven decision-making.   • Proven experience in an HR Business Partnering role.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
  • Ability to analyse data and provide strategic insights.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Experience managing HR projects and contributing to strategic initiatives.
