Receptionist / Administrator - New Forest - Part time hours working Wednesday-Friday each week - Temporary role to start ASAP for 3 months - 12.64 per hour

We are partnering with a client based in the heart of the beautiful New Forest, seeking an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join their friendly and welcoming team.

Set in stunning surroundings, their offices serve as a hub for operations that carefully balance nature, industry, and community. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work part-time in a supportive and locally focused environment

You'll be the first point of contact for visitors or members of the public calling in face to face or over the telephone, ensuring a welcoming environment while providing vital administrative support to the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly reception experience.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them appropriately.
  • Support the administration team with data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Distributing the post daily
  • Handling sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience in a reception or administrative role.
  • A professional and approachable demeanour
