The key responsibilities for the Receptionist role are:
- Front Desk Management: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
- Phone and Email Handling: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails, providing accurate information or redirecting as necessary.
- Administrative Support: Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing schedules.
- Visitor Management: Maintain visitor logs and ensure adherence to security protocols.
- Mail and Deliveries: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages; coordinate outgoing mail and courier services.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and prepare meeting rooms, including setting up audiovisual equipment and refreshments.
- Office Supplies Management: Monitor and order office supplies to maintain an efficient workplace.
- Record Keeping: Maintain and update company contact lists, calendars, and other essential documents.
