Job Title: Sign Maker & Fitter

Job Role
My client is on the lookout for an experienced Signage Installer with factory / production experience to join their team in Somerset. Working within the production department, your role will be extremely varied and physical and will include operating a CNC Router, Laminator and contour cutter. Daily you will be installing signs both on and off site. Assisting too with the preparation of signs and graphics ready for installation or despatch.
Ideal Candidate Skill Set
- 3 years minimum experience of installing vinyl graphics and signage
- Sign & Print production / fabrication skills essential
- Be proficient in the application of vinyl onto a variety of substrates
- Full Driving License with less than 6 points is essential
- CSCS / IPAF / PASMA / FIRST AID accreditations desired
- Knowledge of using laminators, CNCN Routers and Contour cutters is desired
Additional Essential Qualities
- Good communication skills (both with team members & customers)
- Hands on skills & an ability to pick up tasks quickly
- Ability to work independently & perform under pressure
- Computer literate
- Great attention to detail and accuracy is essential
- Reliable, good timekeeping skills and strong work ethic
- Flexible working hours required - May be required to work away or weekends
