Workplace description: This award winning 14th Century thatched smugglers inn overlooking a tiny picturesque harbour and Lynmouth is situated on the edge of the Exmoor National Park. The excellence of our famous restaurant is well known and the Head Chef and his brigade continue this long tradition with a blend of quality local produce with a European Twist.
Main duties and responsibilities: As the inspirational driving force behind the kitchen's operations, you'll be the brains behind everything from the creation of imaginative menus to the recruitment and training of staff, ordering stock, quality control, health and safety and the achievement of budgetary targets.
Essential criteria: You will have experience of working in a similar standard establishment, with an excellent attitude towards learning, be passionate about good quality cuisine and show dedication to your career. A stable background is require for this position along with 2 Rosette experience (winning & retaining).
