I'm working with a well-established organisation in the contractor services space, and theyre looking to add a Business Development Advisor to their growing team.
This role is ideal for someone confident, proactive, and relationship-driven someone who enjoys engaging with recruitment agencies, spotting opportunities to grow accounts, and making a real commercial impact.
Previous experience of working within a recruitment company or umbrella provider would be highly beneficial.
Youll act as a key point of contact for a portfolio of agencies, helping to onboard new partners, support contractors, and drive registrations. Its not a cold-calling sales role its more about building and maintaining strong agency relationships that lead to growth.
?? Key responsibilities include:Developing and maintaining regular contact with allocated agencies
Providing feedback to agencies on contractor progress
Supporting both internal and field-based sales teams
Onboarding new agencies and identifying business opportunities
Keeping CRM systems up to date
Attending relevant training and development sessions
Coordinating comms plans and delivering on planned activities
Responding to agency and contractor queries via phone/email
Excellent written and verbal communication
Confidence and professionalism in client interactions
Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise
A team player who can also work on their own initiative
Comfortable working to targets and deadlines
Solid IT skills and CRM experience preferred
