About the Role
We are looking for a Senior QC Analyst to oversee and deliver top-notch analysis services while helping our client push the boundaries of innovation in their field.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver accurate and timely analysis services.
Perform advanced analyses using NIRS and ICP-OES methodologies, preparing in-depth reports for stakeholders.
Mentor and train colleagues, ensuring the team maintains a high standard of service.
Work closely with the Laboratory Manager to strategise and meet company objectives.
Represent the organisation at industry events, sharing insights and seeking research opportunities.
Uphold strict laboratory standards and safety protocols.
Qualifications and Experience:
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a related role.
Proficient in analytical techniques, specifically NIRS and ICP-OES.
Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a team-oriented mindset.
Ability to follow guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure quality.
Strong organisational skills and the capability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Confident in presenting ideas and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
