General Manager Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the Hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient management
Ensure the delivery of superior food and beverage service, striving to maximize customer satisfaction and create exceptional dining experiences
Regularly review product quality and conduct research to identify and engage new vendors, maintaining the highest standards of ingredients and supplies
Organize and supervise shifts, effectively managing staffing requirements and optimizing productivity
Generate detailed reports on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis, analysing revenues, expenses, and key performance indicators to inform strategic decision-making
Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices, instilling a culture of exceptional hospitality throughout the team
