The Role:

As an IT Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in shaping technology initiatives, ensuring they align with business objectives and add real value. Working across store and office teams, you'll be responsible for gathering requirements, analysing business processes, and supporting the successful delivery of IT solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges.
  • Translating business requirements into clear technical specifications.
  • Supporting IT project delivery, ensuring solutions meet business objectives.
  • Collaborating with IT teams and third-party vendors.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into practical IT solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement.
  • Experience working on IT projects in a business-focused environment.

Desirable:

  • A degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of retail technology and industry trends.
