Our exclusive client is currently looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join them in this exciting time of growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business based near Lytham who offer the highest level of customer service and have grown organically over the last couple of years.
Duties as Accounts Assistant will include: -
- Responsible for the month end closure and associated reconciliations across all the ledgers.
- Manage and process all sales ledger processes, Including improving current management of large transactional customers.
- Management of the credit control processes, setting up new customers, liaising with the sales team and monitoring all credit limits and payments.
- Manage and process all purchase ledger transactions, including raising payments, supplier statement reconciliations.
- Management of the cash book, including the posting of all non-sterling receipts, payments completion of daily bank reconciliation.
- Work closely with wider business to report expenditure on company credit cards and expenses.
- Strong experience of month end reporting around the nominal and being able to improve the current transactional process.
