Our client is an established, independent estate agency in Southport with ambitious growth plans to expand into Lytham St Annes. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the existing team and play a pivotal role in launching the brand in a new territory.

The Role

As Sales Manager, you will:

  • Oversee and drive performance of a team of two Sales Negotiators and one Valuer, ensuring a motivated and results-focused sales environment.
  • Set and monitor KPIs, targets, and incentives to maximize revenue and team success.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new instructions and drive property sales.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Work closely with the Director to strategize and execute the expansion into Lytham St Annes
  • Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and key stakeholders to enhance our market presence.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competition, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Manager within an estate agency.
  • A strong track record in hitting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
  • Knowledge of the Southport and/or Lytham St Annes property markets (preferred but not essential).
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
