Key Responsibilities:

  • Report Preparation: Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including cash flow analyses and suitability reports, to provide clear, compliant recommendations for clients.
  • Client Service: Build and maintain strong client relationships, promptly addressing inquiries and offering valuable support.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately maintain client records, including risk profiles and compliance-related documents, ensuring up-to-date information.
  • Compliance: Ensure all processes and documentation meet regulatory and legislative standards to support the firm’s compliance.
  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical assistance to financial advisors and other team members, enhancing client service and decision-making.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new financial products.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with financial advisors and administrative staff to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a financial planning or advisory services environment, with a strong client-focused approach.
  • Skilled in writing complex reports and conducting detailed case assessments.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to evaluate information, draw critical insights, and make well-supported recommendations.
  • Eagerness for continuous learning and skill development, with a proactive approach to acquiring and applying new knowledge.
  • Solid understanding of pensions, retirement planning, investments, tax planning, and relevant financial regulations.
