Location: Lytham St. Annes (4 days p/w on-site)
Salary: Up to £52,000 per year

The Role:
As an IT Project Manager, you'll lead the successful delivery of technology projects across both store and office environments. Working closely with business teams and IT specialists, you'll ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading IT projects from planning through to implementation.
- Gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Managing project timelines, risks, and budgets to ensure smooth delivery.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with IT solutions and business process improvement.
Desirable:
- A degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of retail technology and industry trends.
